Baked Apple Donuts

Baked apple donuts are a great afternoon treat. They would look better if cooked in an actual donut tin, but they worked just as well in a muffin tin. 

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1/3 Cup Sugar 
• 2 Eggs
• 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
• 1 3/4 Cups Flour
• 1/4 Tablespoon Baking Soda
• 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon 
• 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
• 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger 

Instructions

1. Mix together butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and apple sauce, mix well.
3. Then add flour, baking soda, and spices.
4. Set oven to 350 degrees.
5. Scoop mixture into muffin/donut tin, and cook for 15 minutes.
6. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes, then roll donuts in sugar and cinnamon.
7. Enjoy!
